Eligibility and Requirements:

1. Age Requirement: All riders must be 16 years of age or older on the day of the tour. A valid photo ID is required to verify the age of all riders at the time of check-in.

2. Minors: Riders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. The legal guardian is required to sign a waiver on behalf of the minor before participation in any tour is allowed. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests.

3. Waiver Agreement: All guests, without exception, must sign a waiver before participating in any ATV tour. By signing the waiver, guests acknowledge the inherent risks associated with ATV riding and agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by tour guides.

4. Valid Photo ID: A valid photo ID is required for all guests at the time of check-in. This ID will be used for age verification and the waiver signing process. Acceptable forms of ID include but are not limited to driver’s licenses, passports, and state-issued identification cards.

Safety and Conduct:

1. Safety Equipment: All riders must wear the safety equipment provided by SAHARA X throughout the tour. This may include helmets, gloves, and other protective gear as deemed necessary by our staff.

2. Follow Instructions: Riders must follow all instructions given by tour guides and staff members. Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in termination of the tour without refund.

3. Responsible Riding: Riders are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible manner. Reckless riding, endangering the safety of oneself or others, or failure to follow the tour route is strictly prohibited.

4. All guest will be provided goggles and helmets for their tour. Failure to return the helmet after your tour will result in a 500DH penalty fee.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

1. Cancellations: Please refer to our separate cancellation policy for details on how cancellations are handled, including information on non-refundable deposits and fees for rescheduling.

2. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances: SAHARA X reserves the right to cancel tours due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances that may pose a safety risk. In such cases, guests will be offered the opportunity to reschedule or receive a refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

Liability:

By participating in any tour offered by SAHARA X, guests agree to release the company, its employees, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the tour. Riders accepting these terms acknowledge the risks associated with outdoor and adventure activities and agree to participate at their own risk.

Acknowledgment:

By booking a tour with SAHARA X, you affirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including all requirements and policies related to age, waivers, and safety. You understand that failure to comply with these terms may result in non-participation in the tour without refund.
